7. COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

8. SECURITY AND UPDATING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In order to safeguard the security of your personal data, we inform you that CALLNAK has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security commensurate with the risk. All of this is to prevent their alteration, loss, and/or unauthorized processing or access, as required by law, although absolute security does not exist.
In the event of any modification of the data, CALLNAK requests that you communicate it as soon as possible in order to keep them updated. In this regard, you must commit to providing true information regarding your personal data.

CALLNAK informs you that your data will be treated with the utmost care and confidentiality by all personnel who necessarily intervene in any of the processing phases. 10. SOCIAL NETWORKS
CALLNAK is present on some of the main internet social networks such as X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram (without prejudice to its possible use of others in the future), and therefore acts as the data controller in relation to the data published by CALLNAK. Notwithstanding the foregoing, through its profiles, CALLNAK does not share or communicate any personal information of USERS, or of follower USERS.
The processing that CALLNAK carries out within social networks will be, at most, what the social network allows for corporate profiles. Therefore, CALLNAK may inform, when not prohibited by law, its followers, and, by any means allowed by the social network, about its activities, contests, competitions, services, etc.
Any USER may exercise their data protection rights by contacting CALLNAK at the address and email indicated in the corresponding section.

11. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
CALLNAK reserves the right to modify, update, and/or adapt the Privacy Policy to any changes in applicable legislation or in the interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, or to introduce any change considered relevant or appropriate by CALLNAK. 12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The provisions of this document shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in force at all times.
For the resolution of any discrepancy that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of this Privacy Policy, between CALLNAK and the USER, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory regulations or other provisions.
