In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the details of the service provider of this website www.callnak.com (hereinafter the "WEB" or "Platform") are provided below.
Consequently, it is informed that the service provider on the WEB is CALLNAK BRAND, S.L. TERMS OF ACCESS AND USE
Anyone who accesses and/or uses the WEB will be considered a user (hereinafter "USER").
Access to the WEB is conditioned on the prior reading and acceptance, by the USER, of the terms, conditions, and other legal notices contained in this document and published on the WEB.
In case of not accepting the terms, conditions, and other legal notices contained in this document and published on the WEB, the USER must refrain from accessing and/or using the services offered by the WEB.
The USER must make lawful use of the WEB, respecting current regulations, the legitimate rights of CALLNAK and any third party, avoiding causing any direct and/or indirect damage or harm.

Any USER who violates these prohibitions will be responsible for any claim arising as a consequence thereof and may lead to CALLNAK taking the necessary measures, including the elimination or blocking of the infringing USER's registration, without this entitling that USER to any compensation.
CALLNAK reserves the right to modify and/or update in whole or in part, at any time it deems appropriate, the content of this document, as well as the rest of the terms and conditions and privacy policy. For this reason, periodic review is recommended.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Access to the WEB is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the USER.
CALLNAK has adopted all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to guarantee the functioning of the WEB and minimize system errors, both from a technical point of view and from the content published on the WEB, as well as to prevent the existence and transmission of viruses and other harmful components to the computer systems of USERS, although
absolute security does not exist.
CALLNAK will not be responsible for the quality of the service, access speed, correct functioning, availability or continuity of the WEB.

MINORS
Minor USERS must have the prior permission of their parents, guardian or legal representative to access the WEB. Those responsible for the minor will ensure the suitability of the content according to age.

INTELLECTUAL, INDUSTRIAL AND IMAGE PROPERTY

CALLNAK or its respective owner. References to registered trademarks or trade names, or other distinctive signs, whether owned by CALLNAK or by third-party companies, imply the prohibition of their use without the consent of CALLNAK or their legitimate owners. At no time, unless expressly stated otherwise, does the acquisition, contracting, installation and/or use of the services offered by CALLNAK grant the USER any right over the distinctive signs included therein. Likewise, it is prohibited to delete or manipulate any indications of
copyright or other credits that identify the rights holders of such services, as well as the technical protection devices, digital fingerprints, or any protection or information mechanism incorporated therein.

DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the guidelines imposed by current regulations on the protection of personal data and the free movement of such data, the USER declares to have been informed of the conditions on the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting, where appropriate, to their processing by CALLNAK in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
In the event that the WEB displays links to other websites through different buttons, links, banners, embedded content, etc., CALLNAK informs that these would be directly managed by third parties. Consequently, CALLNAK cannot assume any type of responsibility for any aspect related to the platform or website to which a link could be established from the WEB, specifically, by way of example and not limitation, regarding its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general. In this regard, if USERS have effective knowledge that the activities carried out through these third-party websites are illegal or contravene morality and/or public order, they must immediately notify CALLNAK so that the access link to them can be disabled. In any case, the establishment of any type of link from the WEB to another external website will not necessarily imply that there is any type of relationship, collaboration or dependence between CALLNAK and the person responsible for said external website.
LINKS ON OTHER WEBSITES TO THE CALLNAK WEBSITE does not authorize the establishment of a link to the WEB from those websites that
contain illicit, illegal, degrading, obscene materials, information or content and, in general, that contravene laws, morality or public order, or generally accepted social norms.

link or that it has supervised or assumed in any way the content or services offered or made available on the website where such link is established; d) the website where the link to the WEB is established will not contain unlawful information or content, contrary to generally accepted morals and good customs and public order, nor will it contain content contrary to any third-party rights, including intellectual and industrial property rights and/or the right to honor, personal or family privacy or one's own image or any other right, or content contrary to data protection regulations
of a personal nature. CALLNAK does not have the faculty or human or technical means to know, control or approve all the information, content, products or services provided by other websites that have established links to the WEB. CALLNAK does not assume any type of responsibility for any aspect related to the website that establishes that link to the WEB, specifically, by way of example and not limitation, regarding its operation, access, data, information,
files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Spanish law in force at the time of the dispute will apply to all contentious issues arising from or related to this WEB.
For the resolution of any discrepancy that may arise between CALLNAK and the USER, both parties undertake to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Elche (Alicante), unless otherwise provided by mandatory regulations or other provisions.
