Callnak

What Callnak is

Callnak designs and makes fashion with 3D printing. We started with footwear and, with the same technology, have added jewellery (the Objects line) and bags. Our first clothing capsule will launch at the end of 2027.

Everything is designed in-house and made on demand in our facility in Elda, at the heart of Spain's footwear cluster, with 40 3D printers.

Mission

To make design-led fashion that is only produced when someone wants it: locally and with no surplus.

Vision

To be Europe's reference fashion house in additive manufacturing, from footwear to accessories and clothing.

The problem

  • Fashion produces from forecasts and has to make before it sells. What is left over gets discounted, stored or destroyed.
  • For customers, designer pieces are expensive or hard to find, and affordable ones are mass-produced and all look the same.

Our solution

  • No stock: every piece is made once it is sold.
  • No moulds: a new model needs no tooling investment and no minimum orders.
  • One production system for every category. Opening a new category costs design, not moulds.

Competitive advantage

Anyone can buy a 3D printer. What cannot be bought is knowing how to turn it into products people actually wear.

Our own design language

Shapes and textures that only exist with additive manufacturing and cannot be copied with traditional production.

Accumulated know-how

Years developing geometries, settings and materials for products made to be worn, not prototypes.

An unusual team

Footwear design, additive manufacturing and architecture with sustainable fashion under one roof.

In the footwear cluster

Elda, with INESCOP, Miguel Hernández University and suppliers minutes away.

Why it is more sustainable

No overproduction

We only make what is sold: no stock ends up discounted, stored or destroyed.

Just the material needed

Each piece is built layer by layer with the material it needs, without the offcuts left by cutting patterns.

Single material, recyclable

Footwear made from one recyclable material, compared with the 50+ parts of a traditional shoe.

Made locally

Designed and made in Elda, close to European customers, with no moulds to make or ship.

MODAHUB commissioned the official shoe for its event at Casa Cupra (Barcelona, 3 October 2026). We designed and made an exclusive edition of the Mokasín in 12 days, without moulds.
